Yeah, we got to light our hands on fire in Honors Theoretical Chemistry. My teacher diluted Dawn dish soap down to the point where it was little more than water, added some glycerol, and hooked an apparatus up to a gas jet to create bubbles filled with the flammable Hydrocarbon, Methane. All we had to do was take some of the aqueous solution into our hands and hold our fingers apart so we didn't get burned. My teacher then lit the gas on fire with a candle that was taped to a meter stick. That's it really.
